Sectors in Focus

On this page, you will find information on certain focus sectors and the Trade Council's sector expertise. The Trade Council in India has staff posted at the Royal Danish Embassy in New Delhi and at the Danish General Consulate in Bangalore. 

The Royal Danish Embassy in New Delhi handles the sectors: food, agriculture & agrobusiness; environment: water, air & waste; transport & infrastructure; as well as defence. 

The Danish General Consulate in Bangalore handles the sectors: healthcare & life sciences as well as the energy sector with both conventional and renewable energy.
